Mecha Angel was developed and created by Demon years before Angel was even born, but only came to look like Angel in any capacity when Angel was five years old. Mecha was developed and upgraded over the years to be the greatest assassin, and most loyal servant possible.
His left arm consists of cords. Within said cords are hundreds of mechanical joints. In this picture, the cords are wrapped around the handle of a battle ax.
