lol, no. its not bad. just need a bigger canvas and more practice.. trust me, i started off the same way, and a lot worse then this too.

you say this now, but you will understand later... trust me.. you can see a lot of my early work, and on paper, those things are about an 8th the paper size, and good lord I had to tuch those up because the scanner didn't work right.

no, but you can look into ways of sketching and try them. you can watch other people draw, but most of all, you have to draw more to build your skills up.

im not asking you to take my advice here this is just but you may :3 I never been to an art school or had anyone teach me but I started off with buying a manikin http://previewcf.turbosquid.com/Pre.....b64dLarger.jpg
mine was not as good though :L put the manikin in any position you like and try to draw it again and again till you get the hang of it make shur its proportional then move on to shading the manikin put it under a light or something so you can get some lighting reference and when you get the hang of that go on google and look up a hair style and slap it on your manikin then the cloths, then the face, eyes mouth hair and develop your own style! then create your character out of what you have learned :D
