Distilled Manticore Venom Wine, or DMNW-50, given it's content is 50% alchohol.
While it only leaves a light tingling feeling in her mouth, half a shot glass would be lethal to any human, a tenth enough to send you to hospital for weeks with intense pain. If you really must try it, I advice the DMNW-99.9, as a shot glas of that is not lethal, but leaves your mouth numb for a while.
You'd get drunk really fast, though. >w<
