Still working on resuming the current dream arc in my Equestria dreamscape, however the dream arc I am posting is now several arcs behind where I am currently. Recently I had a particularly vivid dream that will most certainly get a posting when the time comes. To assure I didn't forget certain important details from that dream I did this sketch as a type of mental bookmark, and since I felt like posting something this morning I decided to put this up. Enjoy.

Celestia had a thousand years of it being a holiday all about her. Now that she has Luna and Twilight sharing the spotlight on 'her' day, she felt a need to reclaim the spotlight. It's the summer SUN celebration, after all. Luna gets Nightmare Night all to herself, and Twilight gets, uh, Librarian Appreciation Day?

I have an odd feeling that this is a 'dreamscape' Celestia (dreaming in your dreams about dreaming dream dreamers?) but if ever questioned about such activties Celestia would just get astoundingly smug and then change the subject.
And I wonder what the Moonrise would look like?
