Head design for a fursuit character. Cryonim, a Smilodon fatalis or North American sabertooth cat. His name is technically a screwup on my part, a combination of cryo, in reference to the ice age, and Nimravid, another family of sabertoothed critters, that actually aren't related to the smilodon. I didn't find out that latter part till the name had already stuck to the character, unfortunately. Still a cool name though, yeah?

This was drawn on my small sketchbook, and scanned in on my new all-in-one printer. I plan on doing some colouring to this, but need to fish out the fur I have for the dude to make it all proper-like. It's kinda tucked up in the attic at the moment.
