As for critique, anatomy needs work. Neck is too big compared to the head and especially the torso. Torso overall is too small unless you are going for a kid like build, but even then it's too slim. Chest needs to be significantly wider, helps to compare with an image of yourself from a mirror, see how wide ur chest is compared to ur arm. Body is proportion, if you can get a sense of that it will help alot like chest is 3 arm girths across, waist is 3, thighs are 2 forearm girths, and so on. The head is really good, only big issue comes with the hair, the hair goes around the head, it doesn't stick to the sides unless they are supposed to be facial contour bangs. Practice drawing hair for girls, use reference pics of celebrities with decently long hair to get a grasp of how hair looks.
