H...on one hand, I couldn't see them being motivated enough to do something as tiring as throwing it at top speed. But, they're also like at least 7' tall and, well, 300 pounds if they WEREN'T OVERWEIGHT.
So now that you mention it, they could prolly hurl it at top speed without even trying.
