The inked version of Hyuuga Hotaru, the only daughter of Hyuuga Neji and Kosugi Akaihane. She's about late teens/ early twenties in this piece and more than likely a jounin by then.

She's a master of the Gentle Fist as her father had taught her, but is noted for her creativity with the taijutsu style and her mother's ninjutsu abilities, even to the point of creating new forms of chakra manipulation with very deadly results. One of them being the formation of blades of chakra that have incredibly long range and move freely about her body.
