This character's full name is Felix Sindel.

He's a prince from the Kingdom of Sindelia. He fled his country on the day before an important fight that would determine if he was the rightful heir to the throne. For you see, his brother had been born with the birthmarks as he had been. There could not be two rulers of the country and it was tradition that the two would fight. Felix was in love with a commoner girl and she died a day before the fight would begin and he had found out about it from the girl's parents. In the end, he planned his own escape and disappeared. He became a mercenary for hire just to pay his way and living abroad. He wouldn't take a job from just anyone that paid him though as he disliked doing any sort of dirty deeds.

On a side note, I'm actually using this character within a Pokemon RP. And just within the realm of that RP, he has a bit of history between him and Kirra (Kiba845's character). ^^
