*he* (femboy) is a bartender. I do not know his entire back story but he sells information. Taverns are a good place to gather information so why not be a bartender? He uses his position, disarming appearance, and massive ears to eavesdrop and gather useful possibly valuable info :D However, I assume he does not necessarily like his cover job.
