I assume Bliss' essence is leaving her slowly and accumulates in the fruits. Elyria becomes more and more pure this way... but i'm not sure if this is a good thing at all, After all Bliss' magic was needed to create the Goddess. I'm sure we will see what happens!

Sorry, that i answer to myself, but i thought a little bit more about this. It has interesting implications. Maybe it's not per se the essence of Bliss that leaves the body, but the just the evil part of Bliss.

elyriumbliss is Bliss pure evil? Or has she a - no matter how small - good part? If she has a good part It would be logical that the evil in the goddess is slowly reduced and the rest of Bliss mind truly joins with the goddess, forming a new being.

She has been betrayed by humanity on more than one occasion. She has been taught through its constant cruelty that humanity is a wicked race. A race that follows only when put under the spell of fear. She wasn't always evil. She started out innocent and pure. At this stage of her existence she is lashing out for a lifetime of pain. Does it justify her actions? No. But Bliss story has always been about tragedy. I'm sure if I desired I'd find a way for her to find the kernel of goodness that remains within. Nobody is all evil. Even the villains have things they care for and protect. She hungered for the power of the Gods in order to make the world a better place in her vision and I guess you could say she did in some way obtain that power becoming a Goddess (or part of one) and IS making the world a better place. Not by her vision but still, when does life go as planned?

This'd certainly be quite the devious way for Bliss to undermine her predicament!

It depends on how 'essence' works.
Can it adhere to itself and grow, turning a seed into an entire Bliss tree, or does her essence dilute?

...Well... the entire tribe was traumatized by Bliss, who is emphatically hot pink. So maybe they realized something was off the moment they started noticing these anomalies.
