This is the first digital painting I've done in a while. My anatomy is getting better! I'm rather frustrated, for lack of a better term. i'm debating about whether or not to scrap it. The coyotes eyes are definitely going to be changed (wtf zombie?) and the fur on both need a lot of work. I'm much happier with the anatomy now than I was with the initial sketch, it took a LOT of work to get this far!

The background is ideas and mood-colors. It's going the be a green forest with tendrils crawling towards the pair. The fox is the natural and the coyote is the cold urban setting. The sidewalk wll end in crumbles, and the fence will be rusting.
