Witches are allowed to feel schadenfreude. In her defense, she only laughed after she was sure nobody was hurt.

She was away on a congress or something.

Finally named the girl. She's definitely going to be a witch when she grows up.

I think a depiction of the evil in Bliss' soul, if she has one, would be far scarier than this.

In order to magically create life one must be taken. Bliss does indeed have a soul. Who's? No one knows and at this point is irrelevant for Bliss has woven a spiritual tapestry all her own.
