I hope to someday customize every one of my Skylanders, but due to habits, that means I have to get them ALL to level 20. (This means grinding in the Swap Force arena mode's ice levels.)
Glowflow is a custom-painted Halloween-themed Lightcore Flashwing. I really love Flashwing and before High Five came along with Trap Team, she was my favorite dragon. (Big surprise.)
I painted her wings neon for the fact that blue LED also acts as a blacklight, so when put on the Portal her wings glow VERY bright.

The base color, the black/pink metallic was made by mixing black and metallic pink nail polish. It appears magenta in direct light but black in low lighting- it's quite the trick!
