I'd read Dark Mirror which I think was set in TNG when they hadn't yet revisited it on DS9, and then they did a two book series set after the DS9 mirror episodes now that the Terran Empire had fallen. While I liked the DS9 episodes, I did like the TNG version of the mirror world. Loved Evil Picard. ;)
