I've seen them in some malls, PXs and BXs. You can either give them a printed picture or an e-picture (which is what I did), or they can take a photograph with a digital camera. And they can add text with a bunch of formats. The tag takes about 30 minutes to inscribe both sides.

Interesting. Poking thru the babyfur sector and stumbled on this. I actually got one done at the 05 FWA. Found out they were for the super sponsors but one was offered in the charity auction and i won it. Didn't realize it was being offered elsewhere now days.
