A recurring character from a manga I'm currently working on about a girl who's an earth-born angel. Chiharu Hisakawa is a wealthy woman who dislikes the protagonist, Takako Ito, in every way. Whenever something supernatural happens, she's seen constantly ordering people to make the heroine look bad in the news papers or even the news on television itself. She is a lot like Spider Man's JJ, except richer and female.
