Even though Acmen-Met is an accomplished, talented Medicine-Mage and has to be proper when in public while working, She has been known to let her hair down when relaxing. It's common knowledge that she has had intimate relations with her twin brother Ainoko on occasion and that she is bi-sexual. She prefers playing both sides of the fence, usually with two or more partners. She is a free spirit, not willing to to settle down with one person, enjoys variety from mild to wild. When not working, Acmen-Met prefers wearing the finest silks, especially the more reveling when behind closed doors.

Here she is teasing someone (it might be you, the viewer), getting them worked up before their fun begins in earnest. She enjoys flirting with anyone and everyone when not working and sometimes when working if it helps the patient.

Side note:

Acmen-Met and Ainoko are fraternal twins with Acmen-Met was stillborn first by 5 minutes but revived after she was removed to be prepared for burial.
She takes after their mother, a rare Black Cheetah while Ainoko takes after their father, a Dire-Wolf. That is why Acmen-Met is more feline in appearance and Ainoko is more canine.

What can I say about this? Just WOW!  Dipper has done an exceedingly wonderful job nailing Acmen-Met. At least we now know that Ainoko, isn't the only only one who is a sexy and good looking exotic. When I saw this colored, I fainted. I have been a hard time not looking at the pic.

And  Dippers colorist, what can I say, s/he did a fantastic job on this pic. I can honestly say this, Lavender is definitely Acmen-Met's color.
