As part of the much delayed Project CanisVulpes, I finally started work on Character Model sheets (for, like, the first time in the entire three-year existence of Valleydoge).



Born in Crystal City, VA, loud and whiley in past, Francis finds himself with his father traveling westward to a small town by Sacramento, CA. He finds himself shy and reserved, almost in shame, fearing rejection and with a hint of cynicism and loyalty.

Vows to do the right thing, strives to impress, and often falls onto conflict between the wacky student life of his high school and the uptight (asian-esque) standards at home, the former of which he tries to keep hidden from Father figure lest he find out and take Francis away, yet again.


As a result of post-DC isolation, he is left to himself and his books to pass the time, and has developed a vivid imagination that itself conflicts with the reality that’s thrust upon him by his father, inhibiting Francis’ hidden, yet brewing creative strength.
