i don't think of caddy as a "furry character," but his original ref was from 2009 or earlier so it really needed a rehaul, and why not post it here! his proper title is "demon lord of darkness," but that's insanely pretentious, and not especially fitting considering he acts more or less like a slow moving puppy when nothing's triggered his hellmouth into opening and/or his "true self" to come out.
important points:
- dull colors, far less contrast than average whitetail deer, leaning greyish or yellowish
- blank, dull, blind-looking eyes (isn't blind, but looks blind) with bags/circles underneath
- generally zombieish on account of... basically being a zombie
- seam running from chin to tush opens into a hellmouth with a fair amount of suction
- can be repelled by shining light into the hellmouth, will escape by consuming himself with the hellmouth and blinking into existence somewhere else
- no primary or secondary sex characteristics, inc. antlers
- perpetual drool
- technically a demon
markings and whatnot are pretty much open to interpretation aside from what i've listed above; initially i drew him as a solid grey-brown, so really, anything goes!
