I had the line art without color and it didn't see right!

I tryed something new with the shading where I drew the outlines in one color and drew the shading with another color(On the original paper sketch) it works better because my outlines look better when I have something to trace rather than when I have to digitally free hand.

I also tryed that thing I've seen many artists do where the duplicate the outline layer and give the bottom layer a slight blur, it works well with some pics but not with others.

I also feel like I'm cheating when I do that just because it works so well at hiding mistakes in the outlines, I feel like I'm lying to the viewer (you) by doing this over simple effect.
