Well, i've heard a bit about FNAF 2... And especialy about the fact that the second episode isn't supposed to be a sequel but a prequel to the first one.

So... Some time after that last nightmarish night with Jess, Freddy started to remember something even more scarier than the sharkbitch herself...

wait when did shark bitch have a daughter ?, also five nights at Freddy's 2 is supposed to be a sequel in the game phone guy says they got a new management and new location.

The date on your paycheck in FNAF2 is 1987, allegedly during the time the "Bite of 87" mentioned in the original FNAF. It's implied that there's a third location which... well one has to wonder just how deep the rabbit hole goes.

Well, the ending of FNAF2 shows of Freddie Fazbear's Pizza closing down due to poor business ( which it only open for a few.weeks which is not that long ) and scraping some animatronics but keeping the original casts for hopes of better business in their re-opening of their "downgraded" restaurant. ( Which, in FNAF1, we did see some rooms missing and only a few animatronics left )
