I have searched this for some time and now i found it :P
Made in junior high school, 2nd year. We had to draw one from bunch of b/w pictures the art teacher gave us. So i decided to draw this. :>
B/w picture was about 7cm x 10cm or so, and i had to draw it on A3 size black paper with white pen without using any guidelines.
