I would only see it staying around in the case of a tragedy, that tragedy being that Sweetie Bell never learns that singing is her special talent and tries to take over the shop for her sister. In which case if it's even still in business, it would be an absolutely wreck.
I wasn't expecting Sweetie Belle to still be alive, or if she is she'd be incredibly old, but just the general disrepair and run down nature I think would be inevidable with the boutique in Sweetie Belle's care. Unless Sweetie Bell had a child that had Rarity's flair for fashion.
