Gosh, finally. I have been working on this reference sheet for ages. It's kind of bare but these guys have simple rules.

This is a semi-open species, all you need to do to make one is simply read the rules and ask me. Once I give my approval you may upload your Scarst. If you do not ask me or you refuse to edit your Scarst I will blacklist you. if many people break my rules I will add a creation fee.

- If you want to make one, just ask below or note me.
- to start off with people will only be able to make Scarsts with common features, all you need to do to get a higher rarity is simply ask after you have made at least one.
- You can make adoptables and customs, but you must always credit me.
- If you want to breed it will be a $2 fee per mate.
- If you breed you can have a maximum of 5 Scarst babies, if you want more than 5 it will be a $1 fee per Scarst baby.

Rules can and will be added as needed.

Any failure to comply with the rules will lead to one warning and one Blacklisting.
