I have a plan for a tattoo but I'm to chicken to get it and work out in a new rule of no visible tattoos so if I can't show it off I'm not sure I see the point

It varies honestly. The most I've ever charged was $30, but it was a large back design. It depends on the desiging (im not the greatest, i usually do black n whites like this or tribla like)

I prefer blacks personally. Less fading and touch up -has three tatts already-
I will totally have to hit you up for a design one day when I get money ♥
I'd probably be looking for like an arm tattoo since my back is already done

This is an awesome design! It would make a very lovely tattoo! ^^

As for getting a tattoo itself, it's not as bad as it seems. At the very worst, it feels like a cat digging their claws into you, and at the best, it feels like an annoying buzzing on your skin. And the pain is very temporary, as it fades within a few seconds. I have one already, but I have nine more of them planned (curse me and my empty wallet! xD).
