This was actually drawn and (almost) finished before my 2014 Halloween pic. I just didn't submit this one earlier because, back then, I wasn't sure exactly what Marwan's tail hangs onto. Originally, the tail tip was not drawn and the picture was cropped so it was left ambiguous what he's hanging onto.
Anyway, I decided to bring back that generic light blue steel bar as seen in this old 2004 pic: http://marwangreencritter.deviantar.....around-4625165 Which makes this 2014 pic a remake of that old 2004 pic. =P
This is what I like to do with my tail. ^_^

I was just innocently browsing the Internet on that time back in around 2000, when I found out about this website called Yerf. That's how I found out about furry art... Then, I quickly found out about VCL, that infamous adult furry art site that used to be the place for furry art before Fur Affinity took over that title. I was exposed with adult art for the first time... Mind you, I was only 16 on that time, not even a legal age.
I found out about the very concept of a fetish from this bizarre furry webcomic, Latex Blue. It's where I found out why animal tails turn me on: it's a fetish. I also found out that the furry fandom is pretty much a fetish-driven fandom. After reaching the legal age of 18, I started experimenting a little more on adult art.
I also found out about fursuitting... I never actually worn any fursuits myself -- never really liked the idea of being inside a suit that looks uncomfortable to wear and makes you sweat a lot due to too much heat inside one. But I kinda find it fascinating that people would like to wear fursuits so they can become their fursonas. It's too bad that this is what most of the public think when they thought about furries.
And then there's furry lifestylers... I'd rather not dwell into that topic too much.
Marwan officially became my fursona after I befriended this Japanese furry artist, Chana, back in 2003. He also has a tail fetish like I do. It was thanks to him that I gave my fursona a major redesign, inspired by his fursona. Marwan went through many redesigns after that; his current design is inspired from the fursona of this Mexican furry artist, Cenit.
Okay, so this is a very long story. ^_^;; But yeah, that's how I found out about the fandom and eventually joined it.
