This is a unique creation. This is a true fusion of both the Japanese and English versions of the song. There are parts that had to be used in both channels. It's an excellent version. Each piece separately is copyrighted however, together they are a new and unique song. Many of my friends like it because you have to listen to hear that each channel is saying something different.
