This is how I play elderscolls games- I've seen Waynon Priory exactly once ever, I've been arch mage long before the second dragon attack, and that dude in the city I forget the name of in Morrowind can find his own damn dwemer puzzle box.

Huh, so if the place is called Lakeside, then what happened to the lake? Is it just out of view because of those hills perhaps? And hey, maybe all that dungeon crawling leveled them up past the expected level of whatever villain lies in wait in that town.

Skyrim much? But yeah, I did the same thing. It is amusing when a quest giver tells you to travel to some distant cave to collect some relic or other and you go, "oh, you mean this thing?".

Nice little village shot there. Giant tree in the centre, bird-mount corral, plenty of houses and two structures I can't identify.
