Rugia is of my own design, if you had glanced through my gallery you may have seen my earlier design of him. Anyway Rugia fighting style is focused on hand to hand combat. He is a hybrid of the Rucan race, Luqian race and a small fraction of human, however his Rucan DNA is dominant over his other DNAs. The Rucans are a fox-like race have the ability to transform. There are three forms that Rucans can access. However it is not common for Rucans to be able to access the third form. Rugia is one of the few who can.

Super Attacks:

1: Rausenha: A powerful energy beam comprised of Ecosis that can be charged for more damage. The attack's power also increases depending on the form Rugia is in.

2: Blitz Rush/Rampage: Rugia charges at the enemy and kicks them into the air. He then follows up with teleporting and comboing his enemies and then smashes them into the ground. If Rugia is at his Full power he attacks so fast that all that can be seen is enemies being knocked around like ragdolls.

3: Transform: Using this command will allow you to access any of Rugia's transformations. Holding the buttons will determine the transformation level.

Level 1: Onmonkai(awakening form) This form is the first form that Rucans can gain, all warrior class Rucans posses this form. This form increases the attack/defense/speed for Rugia greatly. He always seems to be angry in this state.

Level 2: Duomonkai(Breaking form) This form draws the line between humanity and Kormera. In the Rucan language humanity means reason, understanding of right and wrong, and so on. Kormera means monster, something that has no value for life. In Duomankai, Rugia's abilities are increased even further making him even more of a hassle for his opponents. Rugia gain a wild personality in this form.

Level 3: Trimonkai(Pinnacle Form) This form is a very difficult form to obtain in the Rucan race. Some are lucky to even be able access this form. Very few can control it. This form is so powerful that it causes the user to loose all reasoning in moments after transforming into it. However, Rugia finally figured out a way to control the pinnacle form. While in this state Rugia's emotions are greatly suppressed and he possesses enough strength to push Jupiter out of orbit if it had a surface. Losing control of this form could mean the end of an entire planet. Auto Charging Rugia's stamina in this form causes his Ecosis to lash out and attack enemies that get too close to him.

Burning out Rugia's stamina will cause him to revert back to normal.

Victory Burst Attack: Metsu Rausenha: This is the full extent of the Rausenha. Launch a massive beam of energy that devastates enemy forces. The strength of this attack can be increased based on Rugia's level of power.

Special Ability: Auto Heal: When Rugia's health is below 40 percent his will slowly regenerate over time back to 40 percent. Of course, this does have a drawback. His stamina decreases over time so that he can heal. this will make it difficult to maintain his transformations.
