Unlikely. Newtons law stipulates that, for the reaction driving the projectile, the same amount of force will be applied to the shotgun. Not taking wind resistance into account, to propel someone off of a relatively small urbanite lawn, which you're unlikely to find in the sort of places where shotguns are readily employed for things such as slight trespassing, I'm guesstimating a velocity of nearly 10m/s, or about 20 miles per hour, would be required, assuming she's aiming at a relatively low angle. Something that'd impart that much energy would almost certainly require more than a couple pounds of projectiles; a 2pdr canon was already about 2.5". And shotguns are, generally, not built to withstand high pressures, particularly break-action guns, and something of this size would have to fire that much of a reduced charge since there's so much more area for the pressure to effect.

What I'm really trying to get at here is that, it's not going to send her off her lawn, but it'll likely be a solid thump. Might leave a bruise.
