Seems that, even if a Week have passed since Halloween things haven't com back 100% to normal as mysterious Candies have traveling mysteriously, changing people into big Pumpkin creatures. Like how it happened to  soul-silver-dragon that suffered a Spontaneous growing on his belly, a huge change on his limbs an quite a nice leafy neck after chweing one of his Halloween Candies that he received that weird day.
