Look who's back!

Yeah, since the Ferret was barely used except for some throwaway drawings, I decided to change him back into an Otter. Changes from the last time he was an Otter include:
-Darker fur on paws, a trait carried over from the ferret
-Larger nose, shorter muzzle, to be more otter-like than previous versions
-Undersides of paws are more like real otter paws

Everything else basically stays the same.

Edit: He didn't look right with shorter hair, so I have him something more akin to what he used to. Refresh if the version isn't 4.0.1
