I'm sure that I purchased everything, (besides the kurkuma because I couldn't find that anywhere) but after cooking everything I realized that I couldn't find the couscous. I'm sure that I bought it, but I don't remember where I placed it after that. I'm still satisfied. This is the first multi vegetable meal I have prepared without any spices or seasonings. And it's so much, it could barely fit in my pan. I'm stuffing tortillas with it now and frying them again.

Ohh neat, hope that tastes as well as couscous :3 I suppose it goes well with rice as well, maybe. I heard that Kurkuma is called Turmeric in english, or something like that. It's not necessary though, just makes the couscous look and smell pretty :3
