One of my most favourite songs I have always wanted to cover.
I am extremely happy with this, considering it took me a few hours to put together.
There are some flaws I haven't fixed (yet?). A few "p"s that are audible at the start, but I don't feel like ruining this experience for me by agonising over this as I always do. The aim is to let go, keep moving forward and learn as I go... and NOT lose enjoyment for the things I love as I have done for so long now.
I hope you guys enjoy this as much as I do.

It's the last song on an album I love by Keane, which always had some sort of enchantment to it in my opinion. I have always wanted to try singing it and for some reason took a number of years before I covered it here. I really enjoyed it and wanted to share my take on it with everyone who enjoys my music. Thank you so much for your support and for liking what I do!

I'm terribly unreliable in terms of delivery anything finished... I take sooooo long trying to perfect things then feel extremely frustrated when I feel I haven't gotten where I want to be with my art/music. It's a curse! However I really do love singing, writing music and creating things that other people enjoy and I really want to get my groove back for everything creative.

You likely know more about putting these together than I do. And after listening to it again now...yeah, it certainly sounds like you did this a few times. Maybe even in so many segments, too...which is something I really need to start considering. Following the one-take approach offers its own bust-a-song-out rewards and mixing simplicity, I guess, but that's definitely why none of my tracks are ever truly finished, either.
No doubt we seem to feel the same joy in sharing covers and singing in general! We should collaborate someday.
