Well, whether Pokemon are real or not, the person that can know one the most in one's own self, if they dare to look deep inside of them with a critical and honest eye. Also, it may be possible that some "criminal masterminds" are able to conceal their sinister intentions so well even a psychic pokemon cannot immediately recognize it. To end this, While Ralts may sense some of one's emotions and intentions, they do not know yet the full identity (emotional and mental one as well) of their "target". Simply Be honest with who you are and you want to be, and try to become someone you can truly be proud with being. =)
Well, if you want to talk about it: how exactly do you try to become "nice"? And what sort of "nice" is it? Remember, having a harsh tongue and a cold demeanor don't mean at all that you cannot be a remarkable human being. Personally, i think it is the "core", and not just how one appears to be, that determine their inner self.
