Over the past week, my bestest friend Israel was over, taking a vacation from getting hit by cars repeatedly. At one point, after hearing he had never watched Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, one of my favorite movies, we decided to pop it in. He ended up falling asleep on my lap halfway through and then complained about how he wasn't in the mood or high enough to watch a movie with Johnny Depp and Benicio Del Toro pretending to be high and being general assholes. (He did, however, think the reptile zoo scene was awesome.) Early in the movie, when i pointed out Tobey Maguire's cameo as the clueless Oakie hitchhiker, I shouted "THEY'RE PICKING UP SPIDER-MAN!" And of course, he told me to draw, since I had already seen this movie before and I was supposed to be his art slave for the week.

I ended up drawing this.
