*Not really furry-related, but a look at a character from my fantasy world (The Forbidden Land of Sundara) that I base a lot of artwork, writing, and other things out of as well as Dungeon Master a Dungeons & Dragons campaign set in.
This is Sanison, in his youth. A minotaur of the last tribe left after the coming of the humans, he is not exactly favored by his fellows. This is due to the fact that he is not only a pacifist, but a vegetarian and a devout worshipper of the ancient dragon goddess Maizoluta. He is a rare gem amongst his people. Not to mention a budding magic-user.
When the first of the thirteen immortals, the Guardian, was chosen and empowered, he was tasked by the gods with learning of the people and religions predating the seven deities' arrival and the bringing of their people with them. Of his choices between the hobgoblins, lizardfolk, and minotaurs, he decided first to go to the minotaurs. They told him to seek out Sanison, at that stage in his life now a shaman and respected elder, who showed him everything he needed to see. In return for his graciousness, as well as for his uniqueness amongst his people, he was made the third immortal to sit on their undying council.
