"Go 'way, Brienne!" Jaime was NOT in the mood. He'd just lost his stars and had had to be changed like a little baby, and darn it, he was NOT a stupid little baby. He was almost 3 and he was't supposed to be having accidents anymore.
Brienne, sensing her older brother's mood, moved in for the kill. "Huggies, J'me! Huggies!" She didn't quite understand WHY he was so upset, but she knew it would annoy him and opportunities like this were not to be missed.
As he fended her off her attempts at a hug, he left himself vulnerable and she managed to plant a purposefully sloppy kiss on his undefended cheek. "EWWW!!! Baby girlie slobber!" he wailed, and, scrambling to his feet, he high-tailed it out of the playroom, looking for someplace more private to sulk.
Brienne giggled to herself and toddled unsteadily back to the pile of dolls she'd been playing with before her brother had stormed in and started stomping about the place in a bad mood. What a stupid boy...
