Taken from another scene during the PCA's Island Adventure, a large natural spring was found in the back of the cave system the students were using as shelter. Tenebra used it to clean herself up, revealing the long, vicious scars on her back leftover from when she was younger.

Some of the other students caught sight of the scars, and after mustering up their courage, asked her about them. In a rare moment of opening up she told them the story of how she got them, opening their eyes a bit to her troubled past, something she had never been willing to discuss with anybody before.
