This is Unzhenthey the commander of the Kitsune army.
Born blind and seen as weak in the eyes of family. His brother become the emperor's personal bodyguard making Unzhenthey jealous. He trained day and night in secret to challange his brother. When he finally fought him he won with little effort dispite his blind eyes. The dual went wrong when instead of simply disarming his brother he cut head off in rage, and had his eyes pulled out.
He later learn to see in 3rd person through magic and become the commander of the military after his unparallel performance in the swordsman trials.
