So as it stands,, owning a sim is nowhere in the foreseeable future for me, however, several close friends have opened their own sim and have granted me some space to do my own thing. But with the sim owning its own club already, I decided to take a different route and provide a hangout where one can come down, shoot some pool, chat with friends, watch some livestreams, lift some weights, do some sparring, get laid or get outright wasted. So I founded these two little projects which are my pride and joy. As of current, only the bar and grill is in a public state, the gym will be coming soon.
