Can you say holy beautiful coloured pencils. Is the white done with colour pencil as well? I love how smooth it all is.

Nope, the white of the body is the original cardstock I used, and screwed up the BG on (the lemur gal is actually cut out from another picture) Then glued onto a nice sturdy dark cardstock. ^^; And BAM! The illusion of super smooth whiteness X3

she is really pretty and I almost bet on it at EF, I was a bit set back by the thick black outline and the brown border you added at the left ????

It's funny, the parts you didn't much care for kind of had to be there. X3 The paper was not centered when I framed her, and I couldn't think of something better to do on the side, so brown gradiated boarder was born X3 And the dark outline was due to the fact that I had messed up her original paper trying to do a BG, and that failed, so I cut her out, the boarder was a result. BUT, all in all, I think this is one of my fav pics, I'm glad you liked her at EF, and someone wasn't so put off, and bought her after the artshow was over ^^;

I can not repeat often enough how I adore the wings in this piece! They are so overly detailed and have matter and depth in them! The shine in them, the shadow, the structure... awesome! And the lemur herself turned out so pretty! Those intruiging eyes, the curvy body and the fluffy tail! *flails*

I am so glad she did find a new and lovely home! ^___^
