My third piece of Balto fanart, and it's finally Balto! I guess it's true what they say about the third time and its charm.

I guess some subconscious part of me was wanting to make the eventual first piece of Balto himself as a big, detailed picture. In any case, Balto turned out a lot better than I thought he would. So, I finally make that Balto fanart piece I've been meaning to MS Paint...for over five freaking years.
