Concept art/sketches tend to have less artistic pressure to be presentable

So you get a natural and expressionist grasp on motion and form that I really enjoy and find fulfilling

I've been trying to get myself to make my art so clean cut and perfect but the harder I try, the less I like it, so I'm starting to think I'm just gonna keep with a sketchy look cause I tend to enjoy them much better

It's definitely a bit of a palette cleanser. It's pure expressionism and that's so important to an artist, perfectionism can be such a subjective and frustrating thing to try to achieve. I feel more at ease just doing these sketches, without little to 0 erasing yunno
