The idea for this one basically started as "hey, this drawing looks kinda cool if I make the shadows non-transparent", and then I gradually started swapping out the colors till I ended up with this. So the dark look is kind of intentional, even if it isn't realistic, but it was mostly done as a quick goof while the other brighter drawing is the true final product.
