I don't remember when I drew this, but it was at least several weeks ago. Not too long ago I threw some extra effects over it and decided I'd probably maybe post it eventually. I might change the title if I think of anything clever. Because I really feel like there's got to be something good for this with that expression and everything but I just spent way too long trying to think of it, haha. And I read way too many song lyrics. I just wanted to post this quickly and go back to doing things x'D

Also it's been freezing so a cold-weather themed picture is very appropriate.
I'm not sure what the expression is about, maybe he feels like he's winning over the cold to some degree because of the coat. Or maybe because alcohol. xD
