That may have actually been a reference to a multiple-homicide case that the game itself was referencing in which a fired employee hid in the woman's restroom of a Chuck E. Cheese's and killed 5 people. Of course, there's no evidence without asking Scott Cawthon (the dev) himself, but it's a possibility.
