Yeah, I do actually believe that. I do Ju Jit Su. It's all based on balance and outwitting your opponent instead of brute force. As a rule you should be able to throw someone 4 times you weight with ease. I know I can throw my Sensei easily, but you're not supposed to. It's bad mat etique to throw your teacher
