Fwa hahahaha!!!
You thought you were playing smart and climbing the ladder to victory, but all along they were chutes bringing you right into my clutches. Now one of the two finalists will lose their soul and the other shall be given redemption with a Smiley Face. The two finalists being
Tagmer and
WonderingFox
Now I have grown tired of the the standard rules so now we're making things more amusing with the Advanced Rules for Champions or ARC. Now listen close for how this will be done and listen well because your mortal soul is at stake.
First off, winning not the proper word to use in this game because either way you win either the Smiley Face or the Fool. To get the Smiley Face you DO NOT want to be the one who pulls the last coin from the bag. But if you desire the Fool then by all means take the last coin and give your soul over to me.
Now, a single game would be too simple so it will be best out of three, but as another twist the games will be done simultaneously. Both players will get 50 coins and they will use all the coins and divide them up for the three games (eg. 25, 10, and 15). These amounts will be sent to me via notes and once both players give them to me then the games will start. Now if you think things are crazy enough the greatest difficulty is about to come.
Each player is given a certain amount of numbers they can use which will be listed below. This will include 0's which they can use to skip their turn. Once a number is used, the player will only be able to use it again if they have any extra. If they don't they can no longer use that number. In addition, this supply of numbers is used for all three games so if you use your 10 in one game you can't use it for the others.
As a final addition, there is the option to End the game after using their number. By doing this, the player is claiming that they wish to end that game. This is important because I am no longer declaring when the coin count reaches 0. I will still follow the order of coins taken out to see who pulled out the last coin, but this can cause numbers to be unnecessarily wasted so more caution is needed.
Now when you declare End the other player has to make a decision. They can either:
A. Delcare End as well. If the last coin was already picked then that will be how that is decided. If coins remain, then Tagmer will be Even and Snow will be Odd. If the remaining coins is an even number Tagmer will get a point towards the Fool and if odd then it will be a point to the Fool for Snow. There is a special case to Draw here if one player takes all the last coin in the bag (and they do not go over the amount) and then declares End. If the other player declares end too then the game will end Zero Sum and both players will end with a point for the Smiley Face.
B. They can choose to pull more coins out. If the last coin was taken this does not effect the outcome. If they pull the last coin out then they get a point towards the fool. If they pull coins out, but coins still remain then the player that chose to End gets a point for the Fool.
